Techfors-S Cell is an INFORS pilot culture system using a full computer touch screen controller and a new design, making Techfors-S Cell has the advantages of small footprint, strong function and fully automatic operation, in addition to standard products. Temperature control: Techfors-S Cell is heated by electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature rises rapidly. The cooling method is jacketed water bath cooling. If it is necessary to cultivate at a temperature lower than room temperature, it can be realized through a matching chiller or directly into tap water. Temperature range: cooling medium temperature +5 ℃ ~70 ℃. Double jacket extending to the lowest point of the tank ensures good temperature control even with small culture volumes

* Techfors-S Cell adopts magnetic coupling stirring system, Marine type stirring paddle, suitable for various mammalian cells, insect cells, etc.
* Fully automatic in-situ sterilization: The sterilization of Techfors-S Cell is automatic. During sterilization, steam is passed into the designed double-layer jacket for heating. Steam sterilization is a method of sterilization that ensures sterility. It can be equipped with a compact steam generator, which is fixed at the bottom of the support system, so that in-situ sterilization can be achieved without centralized supply of steam. This design saves a lot of experimental space occupied by traditional steam generators, allows the steam generator to move freely with the entire culture system at the same time, saves a lot of unnecessary pipelines, and avoids the hidden danger of additional pollution to the culture system.

Sterile Sampling Valve
* The sampling valve located at the bottom of the Techfors-S Cell tank, at the center, center and Z-lowest point of the bottom, allows users to discharge the liquid in the tank every time they collect the culture medium or clean it without residue
* The sampling valve has a separate steam sterilization pipeline, which can also be steam sterilized before each sampling to ensure sterility, and the culture solution can be exported through the transfer pipeline, or directly inoculated into the reactor for expanding culture
* In the jacket, the steam path and the water path are separately entered.
* The filter membranes of the air inlet and outlet of the tank are side-mounted, which saves a lot of space on the tank cover and is convenient for users to operate and clean.
* The RSR-232 interface can be monitored in real time by computer software.
