BeyoMag™ Magnetic Separation Rack, 24-well, model FMS024 is manufactured by Beyotime. This product is a magnetic separation device specifically designed for magnetic bead products, mainly used for rapid solid-liquid separation of magnetic particles. This device is necessary for experiments based on magnetic bead method, such as nucleic acid extraction or purification, antibody or protein purification and immunoprecipitation experiments. It is designed with two-sides, 24 wells, 12 wells on each side, suitable for 1.5ml and 2ml centrifuge tubes. It has the characteristics of strong magnetism, fast separation and convenient operation.

Store at room temperature.

Precautions:
The magnetic separation rack has a very strong magnetic field. Do not get close to other magnetic fields, and keep it away from metals and electronic products that are easily interfered by magnetic fields.
After use, the liquid on the surface should be wiped off in time to prevent the magnetic block from being corroded.
The magnetic separation rate is affected by the performance of the magnetic beads and the solution system. The adsorption is usually completed in a few seconds, but a suitable delay may also be required. Please wait until the magnetic beads are fully assembled against the wall before removing the supernatant.
It is advisable to use a 200μl pipette tip to aspirate the supernatant. If the method of direct pouring is used, the centrifuge tube should be properly pressed down to ensure sufficient fixation, and the pouring is completed at a time by turning 180°, and the nozzle of the tube should be wiped with clean absorbent paper. If you use a vacuum pump and other instruments to suck the supernatant, please pay attention to the suction strength of the vacuum pump to avoid excessive suction and suck the collected magnetic beads.
This product is limited to scientific research by professionals, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, or used for food or medicine, and must not be stored in ordinary residences.
