Total gene synthesis refers to the technique of artificially synthesizing double-stranded DNA molecules in vitro. Gene synthesis is to design and synthesize overlapping single-stranded oligonucleotides according to the gene sequence of a certain protein, and then splicing the full length by overlapping extension PCR method.
