Description

The ZF-1 is a three-purpose ultraviolet analyzer for laboratory sample observation and detection. It provides 254 nm and 365 nm ultraviolet wavelengths for different analytical requirements. The instrument is suitable for electrophoresis analysis, PCR product detection, and DNA fingerprint examination. It can also support paper chromatography and thin-layer chromatography procedures. The two ultraviolet wavelengths can be used independently according to the sample type. A standard spotting lamp assists with sample positioning and approximate distance evaluation. The low-power design produces limited heat during operation. This configuration supports extended observation periods under suitable laboratory conditions.
