Description

The XK3101(shark-ieb) is an intrinsically safe weighing indicator designed for hazardous locations. It uses intrinsically safe design technology to reduce ignition risks in explosive gas environments. The compact and lightweight enclosure supports convenient installation and operation. Power can be supplied by an external intrinsically safe source or an optional dedicated battery pack. The indicator provides Class 3 weighing accuracy and display resolution from 1000 to 30000 divisions. Its 5 VDC excitation supply can operate up to four 350 Ω resistance strain-gauge load cells. An analog input range of 0-15 mV supports common industrial weighing sensors. The instrument carries the stated ExibⅡCT4/CT5 explosion-protection designation for corresponding hazardous applications.
