The XK3101(HL703) is a high-speed weighing controller for batching and process-control applications. It uses high-precision sigma-delta analog-to-digital conversion at 300 conversions per second. The controller provides 30000 displayed divisions for accurate weight monitoring. It supports incremental batching of one to four materials depending on the selected configuration. A loss-in-weight mode with hopper replenishment is available for continuous material control. Three freely assignable preset outputs support flexible process sequencing. Optional I/O and analog-output boards expand the controller for different automation requirements. Its universal power supply and compact panel cutout support integration into industrial control cabinets.
