The XK3101(HL702) is a weighing display controller for fast and accurate industrial process control. It uses an MCS-51 microprocessor and high-speed sigma-delta analog-to-digital conversion. The controller supports additive weighing, subtractive weighing, sorting, and upper- or lower-limit alarming. Three external control inputs and three relay outputs allow connection to automated equipment. Selectable serial communication and precision analog outputs support data exchange and process monitoring. Peak holding, taring, digital filtering, accumulation printing, and recipe printing are available. Stored parameters can be rapidly recovered or entered into a replacement instrument without repeating full calibration. A real-time clock, calendar, error prompts, and interference-resistant design improve operational reliability.
