Viruclear™ PNY Pre-Virus Filter, Nylon (CAT#: STEM-BC-0200-ZJF)

The Viruclear™ PNY pre-virus filter uses nylon membranes to provide high-load pre-filtration for bioprocessing. Laboratory, pilot, and production-scale formats are available, with filter areas from 3.4 cm² to 1.8 m². Components include needle filters and disposable capsule membranes with silicone or polypropylene fittings. It is designed for virus clearance studies and process development, supporting ≤200 L for pilot scale and>200 L for production. The device is compatible with various packaging and connection formats, including Luer, TC interfaces, and single or multi-pack configurations.
