This large turbine paddle is designed for mixing viscous materials in deeper vessels. The shaft and blade assembly are made from SUS304 stainless steel. Electropolishing produces a clean, bright, and smooth surface. Three pitched blades are reinforced by a 100 mm stabilizing ring. The ring improves concentricity and protects the vessel during accidental contact. A set-screw fixing system allows convenient blade replacement. The paddle produces axial movement at medium to low speeds. Its 350 mm shaft and large diameter suit larger mixing volumes.
