TSKgel UP-SW3000 UHPLC SEC Column, 2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3207-ZJF)

This ultra-high-performance size-exclusion column is designed for proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and related biomacromolecules. It uses 2 µm silica particles bonded with diol groups. Optimized particle size and pore volume improve chromatographic efficiency. The design also reduces operating pressure relative to the achieved separation performance. The column provides improved resolution of monoclonal-antibody trimer, dimer, and monomer species. It also separates antibody monomers from lower-molecular-weight fragments. A 15 cm configuration supports rapid analysis. A 30 cm configuration provides higher resolution for demanding aggregate and fragment analysis.
