TSKgel UP-SW2000 UHPLC SEC Column, 2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3230-ZJF)

This ultra-high-performance size-exclusion column is designed for small proteins, protein fragments, peptides, and oligonucleotides. It uses 2 µm silica particles bonded with diol groups. The pore volume and calibration-curve characteristics match the stated G2000SWXL separation profile. The column provides particularly effective separation for proteins below approximately 50000 Da. It is suitable for Fab, scFv, Fc-fusion proteins, and other small antibody formats. Synthetic oligonucleotides below approximately 100 bases and low-molecular-weight oligosaccharides can also be analyzed. A 15 cm column supports rapid analysis, while a 30 cm column provides higher resolution. Both formats are compatible with UHPLC and conventional HPLC systems.
