TSKgel STAT Ion-Exchange Column Series, 7-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3247-ZJF)

This ion-exchange column series is designed for high-speed analysis of proteins and nucleic acids. The Q-STAT column provides strong anion-exchange selectivity. DNA-STAT is optimized for oligonucleotides, plasmid DNA, and large nucleic-acid fragments. SP-STAT provides strong cation-exchange chemistry. CM-STAT provides weak cation-exchange selectivity for protein charge variants. Selected protein separations can be completed in less than one minute. The columns support candidate-protein screening, PEGylation monitoring, and monoclonal-antibody quality control. Multiple particle sizes and dimensions permit rapid or higher-resolution analytical methods.
