This strong anion-exchange chromatography column is designed for rapid separation of proteins and monoclonal antibodies. It supports ultrafast protein analysis with selected separations completed in less than one minute. The column can be used for screening biopharmaceutical candidate proteins. It is also suitable for real-time monitoring of protein PEGylation reactions. High-resolution configurations support separation of monoclonal-antibody variants.
