TSKgel Protein A-5PW Affinity Column, 20 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3226-ZJF)

This Protein A affinity column is designed for rapid separation and quantification of IgG. It uses porous hydrophilic polymer particles bonded with recombinant Protein A. The 20 µm particles provide high mechanical strength and rapid flow capability. Standard analysis can be completed within two minutes at 2.0 mL/min. The column can also operate at a higher flow rate of 4.0 mL/min. High dynamic IgG capacity provides a broad quantitative working range. A PEEK column body reduces nonspecific adsorption. Continuous injection of CHO culture supernatant for more than 2000 cycles showed stable stated performance.
