TSKgel Phenyl-5PW HIC Column, 10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3244-ZJF)

This hydrophobic interaction column is designed for analytical separation of antibodies and related proteins. It uses phenyl hydrophobic interaction chemistry. The column can resolve structural isomers that have similar isoelectric points but different surface hydrophobicity. Such species may be difficult to separate by ion-exchange chromatography. The column is also suitable for antibody aggregate analysis. Antibody degradation products may be characterized using the same hydrophobic selectivity. Two internal-diameter formats support low-volume or conventional analytical operation. Both columns use 10 µm particles and a 7.5 cm length.
