TSKgel Phenyl-3PW(20) HIC Medium, 20 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3237-ZJF)

This hydrophobic interaction medium is designed for purification of oligonucleotides, peptides, and intermediate-size proteins. It uses phenyl-functionalized particles with a 20 µm particle size. The medium provides high adsorption capacity for oligonucleotide processing. Its capacity is stated to be approximately 2.5 times that of an earlier hydrophobic interaction medium. DMT-on and DMT-off oligonucleotides can be separated in an aqueous system. Organic solvents are not required for the stated purification process. DMT deprotection may be completed directly inside the chromatography column. The medium supports lower-cost and efficient downstream oligonucleotide purification.
