TSKgel ODS-100V C18 Reversed-Phase Column, 3-5 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3202-ZJF)

This C18 reversed-phase column is designed for general research and quality-control separations. It uses surface bonding and endcapping to reduce secondary interactions with acidic, basic, and metal-chelating compounds. The stationary phase provides strong retention for many polar compounds. Polar analytes are retained through hydrophobic association and interaction with the relatively polar surface. The single-crosslink bonding design permits stable operation with 100% aqueous mobile phase. Five-micrometer columns are available for conventional HPLC applications. Three-micrometer columns provide faster and higher-resolution separations for high-throughput LC/MS. A broad selection of internal diameters and lengths supports method development and instrument compatibility.
