Description

This high-performance hydrophobic interaction column is designed for antibody-drug conjugate analysis. It uses 5 µm nonporous hydrophilic polymer particles bonded with phenyl groups. The column provides high-resolution separation of drug-to-antibody ratio variants. It can also analyze plasmid DNA topoisomers, antibody multimers, and antibody fragments. The 10 cm format is intended for higher-resolution analysis. The 3.5 cm format supports faster routine measurements. High protein recovery permits analysis of low-concentration samples. Stable manufacturing and packing provide strong batch-to-batch reproducibility and durability.
