This preparative affinity column is designed to isolate antibody fractions according to Fc glycan-dependent receptor interaction. It uses the same recombinant human FcγRⅢA ligand as the analytical FcR-ⅢA-NPR column. This provides equivalent separation selectivity in a larger preparative format. The column can process up to 5 mg of antibody in a single run. It supports similarity assessment between biosimilar and reference antibodies. It can also be used for cell-line screening and culture-condition optimization. Prepared fractions may be used for glycan characterization and biological-activity testing. The PEEK column body and hydrophilic nonporous matrix support low nonspecific adsorption.
