Description

This HILIC column is designed for rapid analysis of carbohydrates, peptides, and polar pharmaceutical compounds. It uses 3 µm silica particles bonded with carbamoyl groups. The smaller particles provide improved efficiency and resolution compared with larger-particle formats. Hydrophilic analytes are retained under organic-rich mobile-phase conditions. The column is especially suitable for oligosaccharide separation. It provides stable performance in aqueous-organic eluents. The phase is compatible with LC/MS analysis of water-soluble polar molecules. Available 2.0 and 4.6 mm internal diameters support low-volume and conventional analytical methods.
