The kit uses SYBR Green real-time PCR to detect Treponema Pallidum Subsp. Pallidum by amplifying its conserved gene segments. The specific primers and optimized reaction mix enable efficient amplification and signal generation. Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.

Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
