Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Transgenic Element tOCS

Model: 25225

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Transgenic Element tOCS gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Transgenic Element tOCS with high sensitivity and specificity.
