The KJ626 transfer pipette is a single-use disposable consumable designed for simple, non-volumetric liquid transfer in clinical, laboratory, and field sampling applications. It is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), providing a combination of flexibility, transparency, and chemical resistance suitable for handling aqueous biological samples, reagents, and buffers. The integral bulb and tip design allows one-handed operation: squeezing the bulb aspirates liquid into the stem, and releasing transfers the liquid to the target vessel. Fine-tip variants achieve calibrated drop volumes in the range of 10-50 μL per drop, enabling approximate volumetric dispensing for applications such as immunochromatographic strip tests and microscopy sample preparation. Long-stem variants provide extended reach into narrow-necked containers, culture vessels, and microcentrifuge tubes to minimize sample spillage. The high optical clarity of the LDPE material allows direct visual monitoring of liquid volume and the absence of particulate contamination within the pipette body. Sterile variants are available with EO or gamma irradiation treatment for applications requiring a microbiologically clean transfer tool. Serological pipettes are manufactured from polystyrene (PS) with cotton plugs and graduated markings for use in cell culture medium preparation, cell transfer, and volumetric dispensing. The product is used across a broad range of applications including IVF oocyte and embryo transfer, IVF follicular fluid aspiration, cytology slide preparation, and rapid test strip application. It is intended for single use to prevent cross-contamination between samples and should be discarded as clinical or biological waste after use.
