Tough-Tags^TM Microcentrifuge Tube Labels manufactured by Diversified Biotech are made of chemically inert polyester. They can strongly adhere to all plastics and other materials. They can withstand temperature from 121°C to −40°C. These labels can be autoclaved, boiled in water baths and are resistant to organic solvents, caustic agents and other challenges. To achieve best adhesion, it needs to avoid siliconized surfaces. Tough-Tags are pre-cut, peel-off labels which accept any marking instrument and perfectly fit microcentrifuge tubes and other containers in the laboratory. Thanks to the thin thickness of lables, tubes with Tough-Tags wrapped around them can be easily inserted or pull out of rotors without binding. The adhesive does not migrate from behind the label even after boiling and autoclaving.
