Description
The Nikon Ti-LAPP system provides modular illuminators for total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), photoactivation/conversion, photobleaching, and epifluorescence. Each module can be flexibly combined to build a microscope system optimized for individual research needs. For example, multiple TIRF modules can be combined into a single microscope for anisotropic experiments and fast, multi-angle TIRF imaging. Combined with the layered structure of Ti, a microscope can integrate up to five illumination modules (for example, two TIRF, one FRAP, one DMD and one Epi-FL module can be integrated into one Ti). Suitable for Nikon Ti-E or Ti-U.
