SuperSW mAb SEC Column Series, 3-4 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3208-ZJF)

This size-exclusion column series is designed for analysis of monoclonal-antibody aggregates, monomers, and fragments. The SuperSW mAb HR column uses 4 µm silica packing for high-resolution separation. Its molecular-weight separation range is stated as approximately 10^4 to 5 × 10^5 Da. The HR format is suited to dimer, monomer, and fragment analysis. The SuperSW mAb HTP column uses the same packing in a shorter format for faster analysis. It can provide comparable separation in approximately half the analysis time. The UltraSW Aggregate column uses 3 µm silica particles and a higher exclusion limit. This configuration is intended for larger antibody trimers and higher-order aggregates.
