Spin Column, 1ml, 50 Columns, 786-811, G-BIOSCIENCES (CAT#: STEM-C-3332-LGZ)

The spin columns are designed for protein purification using up to 700 μl of desalting or affinity resins. The total volume of the column was 1.1 ml, so 400 μl of reservoir was available for the q wash and elution steps. The column features a screw cap that is polypropylene with a snap off end above a 30 micron hydrophilic polyethylene frit. Columns are available in 1, 5 and 2ml centrifuge tubes as collection tubes. The frit is supplied but not mounted on the column.

Simply add the affinity resin and sample to a spin column, then use a microcentrifuge to efficiently wash away contaminants and elute the purified sample without losing any resin in the process. Spin columns allow you to affinity purify more proteins in less time.
