Single-Use 3D Storage Bag 2131-0100-01, 100-1000 L (CAT#: STEM-AL-6356-ZJF)

This single-use 3D storage and transfer bag is intended for large-volume fluid handling in biopharmaceutical production. The three-dimensional bag geometry is designed for use in supported containers and can be configured to suit different process layouts. The bag film uses a five-layer coextruded structure based primarily on PE and EVOH. ULDPE forms the inner product-contact layer to provide a clean and chemically resistant surface. EVOH is used as a barrier layer to reduce permeation of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor. Finished bags undergo complete integrity testing before use. The system can include process tubing, quick connectors, dust caps, and a needle-free sampling valve as part of the fluid path. The material system is supported by biocompatibility and extractables testing for pharmaceutical process use.
