Description

Labfors BioEtOH is INFORS 'new solid fermentation solution that enables simultaneous saccharification and fermentation in one machine. It is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of INFORS Swiss research and development team with 46 years of experience in the design and manufacture of biological culture equipment and its customers in the European biological Valley (Roche, Novatis, etc.), which can control the temperature, PH, PO2, rotational speed, gas flow and other parameters required for fermentation, and is the ideal choice for solid culture fermentation.

Tank parameters
The total volume is 3.6L, the minimum working volume is 1.0L and the maximum working volume is 2.3L.
Thick wall borosilicate glass cylindrical jacketed tank with domed bottom and 316L stainless steel lid.
The off-site sterilization design is adopted, which is easy to disassemble and install; the unique sterilization loop inoculation set is easy to operate and safe, and the probability of bacterial contamination is minimized.
Stirring system: overhead stirring, speed control range 0 ~ 200rpm, accuracy ±1rpm.
Provide online detection probes: temperature probe, pH probe, PO2 probe, defoaming probe.
Temperature control range: cooling water temperature +5℃ ~ 60℃, the control accuracy is ±0.1℃. The culture temperature in the tank is controlled by the water jacket, and the jacket area is not less than 70% of the tank surface area . The water in the jacket is forced to circulate continuously in closed circuit through the circulating pump in the main engine during the working of the bioreactor.
* pH detection range: 2.00-12.00pH, PID automatic control, control accuracy ±0.01, requires the electrode to be Swiss Mettler, which can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure.
* PO2 detection range: 0%-100%, PID automatic control, control accuracy ±0.1%, required electric electrode Swiss METTler, high temperature, autoclave sterilization.

Good temperature control
Two-stage temperature control, with temperature sensors in the tank and at the jacketed water flow, can effectively prevent the tank center temperature from overheating, ensuring temperature accuracy and ensuring that the enzyme activity (fermentation is a process that requires enzyme degradation ) is not damaged.

Operating system
* Using integrated digital control system, equipped with 12.1 inch color touch screen, it can simultaneously control the temperature, pH, PO2, feed and gas mixing parameters of 6 reactors, the touch screen can display the curve of each parameter, and can set horiz ontal and vertical cascade modes.
* The bioreactor control unit has expanded functions: the control parameters can be increased to 24, and parameters such as turbidity, outlet gas analysis (CO2 /O2), mass (connected with a balance), pressure, and methanol can be added.
* pO2 regulation can be cascaded with each parameter. Users can customize the cascade parameters and cascade priority according to the experimental conditions, and can choose horizontal cascade or vertical cascade JQ to control pO2. If more complex cascading requirements are required, it can be completed through software programming.
