working principle:
JM600 has a two-leaf cutter head, which is placed at the center of the bottom of the grinding cup, with a certain height distance between the cutter heads, and starts to rotate under the drive of a 900-watt motor. Reliable comminution and homogenization results through the cutting action of the sharp steel blades. Depending on the direction of rotation, the blunt surface can be selected for coarse crushing of bulky samples, or the tough surface for fine crushing of samples. The motor speed is controlled electronically and can be pre-selected. The constant speed ensures efficient and high-quality crushing and homogenization. It only takes 10 to 30 seconds to pulverize difficult samples to obtain analytical grade homogenized samples.
