KDN-1000 automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer (also known as nitrogen analyzer, protein analyzer) is a product designed by our company based on the principle of Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. It is mainly used to detect the content of ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grain, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, medicine, sediment and chemicals. The detection method of ATN-300 automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer conforms to the national standard, AOAC, ISO and so on.

Optional digestion furnace for KDN-1000 automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer:
KDN-C series well-type digital display temperature-controlled digestion furnace has 4 holes, 6 holes, 8 holes, 12 holes, 16 holes, 20 holes and 24 holes to choose from. It can be selected according to the size of the user's detection amount, and it takes about 40 minutes to digest a batch of samples (according to the nitrogen content). Harmful gases such as SO2 escaping from the digestion process are discharged from the water into the sewer through the sewage pipe on the digestion furnace through the exhaust tee.

The outer casing is made of special plastic-sprayed steel plate, and the main parts are equipped with ABS anti-corrosion plate and stainless steel bottom plate to prevent reagent corrosion and mechanical damage.
