KDN series Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer (also known as nitrogen analyzer, protein analyzer) is a series of products designed by our company based on the principle of Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. It is mainly used to detect the content of ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grain, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, medicine, sediment and chemicals. The detection method of KDN series Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer conforms to the national standard, AOAC, ISO and so on.
KDN series Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is mainly composed of electric heating digestion furnace and Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer still.
The electric heating digestion furnace has 4 holes, 6 holes, 8 holes, 12 holes, 16 holes and 20 holes to choose from. It can be selected according to the size of the user's detection amount, and it takes about 40 minutes to digest a batch of samples (according to the nitrogen content). Harmful gases such as SO2 escaping from the digestion process are discharged from the water into the sewer through the sewage pipe on the digestion furnace through the exhaust tee.

There are three types of KDN series Kjeldahl nitrogen stills: A, B, and C. The characteristics are as follows:
A-type Kjeldahl azotometer distiller: the distiller directly enters tap water, and the time for distilling samples is short;
B-type Kjeldahl azotometer distiller: distilled water enters the distiller, and the distillation sample time is longer than that of A-type;
C-type Kjeldahl azotometer distiller: The distiller directly enters the tap water, and the main parts are made of corrosion-resistant ABS material, and it also has the function of timing reception, which is convenient for operation.
