This product follows the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB11914-89), and standardizes the determination steps of COD (cr) in water quality. Conditions such as heating and digestion time, solution acidity, and oxidizing agent dosage are strictly regulated. Obviously, the determination of water quality COD (cr) has strict conditions and regulations, and the operation in violation of the conditions and regulations will affect the accuracy of the determination.
The standard COD digester ensures the digestion operation of reflux heating and microboiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solutions are consistent with the GB method, ensuring reliable JQ analysis results.
The standard COD digester adopts microcomputer technology for timing control heating electric furnace, which can simultaneously heat 5 (customized), 6 (standard), and 10 (customized) 250ML conical digestion and reflux devices (10 samples are cylindrical bottles) . To achieve energy saving, reduce power load, save water and improve GX efficiency.
The standard COD digester uses a glass burr return tube instead of a spherical return tube, and uses air-cooling technology instead of tap water cooling, which can save water and standardize the instrument, while improving the safety of the instrument.
The chemical solution preparation, operation and calculation of COD value of this instrument completely comply with GB11914-89. For water samples with COD values lower than 50mg/L, the JQ degree can be increased by diluting titrants and oxidants, and for water samples with COD values higher than 1000mg/L, the measurement can be completed by proportional dilution of water samples.
