Description

This reversed-phase chromatography medium is designed for separation of small molecules, peptides, low-molecular-weight proteins, and related biomolecules. It uses a porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer matrix. The matrix provides a large surface area and strong physical and chemical stability. Its polymeric construction offers a wider usable pH range than conventional silica media. The 30 µm particles support fast preparative chromatography. High dynamic loading reduces the required packed-bed volume. The medium is compatible with a broad range of aqueous and organic mobile phases. It can be cleaned under strongly acidic or alkaline conditions within the stated limits.
