This reversed-phase chromatography medium is designed for high-efficiency separation of small molecules, peptides, and low-molecular-weight proteins. It uses a porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene matrix. The 10 µm particle size provides high chromatographic efficiency and resolution. A 300 Å pore structure supports transport of peptides and larger biomolecules. The rigid polymer matrix tolerates elevated pressure and rapid flow. Broad pH stability allows operation beyond the normal limits of silica-based media. The medium is compatible with aqueous buffers, alcohols, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, and other listed solvents. High dynamic loading supports efficient preparative processing. The product is stored in 20% ethanol at controlled temperature.
