This reversed-phase chromatography medium is designed for high-resolution purification of small molecules, peptides, and low-molecular-weight proteins. It uses a porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer matrix. The 10 µm particle size provides high chromatographic efficiency. A 100 Å pore structure favors access by small molecules and smaller peptides. The rigid matrix supports high pressure and rapid linear flow. Broad pH tolerance permits acidic and alkaline processing conditions. The medium is stable in common aqueous buffers and a wide range of organic solvents. High dynamic loading supports productive preparative operation. Storage in 20% ethanol maintains the medium between purification campaigns.
