This strong anion-exchange medium is designed for purification of antibodies, recombinant proteins, vaccines, blood products, viruses, DNA, and peptides. It uses a porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer matrix. Quaternary amine ligands provide strong anion-exchange functionality. The rigid particles support high-pressure and high-flow operation with low backpressure. High salt tolerance increases flexibility when processing feeds with elevated conductivity. This can reduce dilution, dialysis, and ultrafiltration buffer-exchange steps. The medium provides high chromatographic resolution and stable protein-binding capacity. Its mechanical and chemical stability supports predictable scale-up. The product is suitable for capture, intermediate purification, and polishing workflows.
