This strong anion-exchange medium is designed for capture, intermediate purification, and polishing of antibodies, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. It uses highly crosslinked porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene monodisperse microspheres. A chemically stable hydrophilic layer is bonded to the particle surface. Quaternary amine groups provide strong anion-exchange binding. The 30 µm particle size supports high chromatographic resolution. The rigid matrix permits high flow and elevated-pressure operation. Low nonspecific adsorption improves sample recovery. Broad pH stability supports repeated cleaning-in-place. The medium is suitable for high-efficiency downstream purification processes.
