Description

This strong anion-exchange medium is designed for high-resolution purification of antibodies, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. It uses highly crosslinked porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene monodisperse microspheres. A hydrophilic surface layer improves biocompatibility and reduces nonspecific adsorption. Quaternary amine groups provide strong anion-exchange functionality. The 15 µm particles support fine separation and high chromatographic efficiency. The rigid matrix allows operation at elevated pressure and high flow. Dynamic BSA binding capacity supports preparative purification. Broad pH stability supports repeated cleaning-in-place. The medium is suitable for capture, intermediate purification, and polishing.
