Senior Packaging Engineer

Job Description

Senior packaging engineers need to develop packaging for specific products while considering regulations, logistical, and technical requirements, and completing packaging tests.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organization and execution of packaging testing/test dispatches.
• Implement relevant global regulatory requirements.
• Determine the cost of packaging materials and packaging services.
• Provide professional consulting for internal and external partners.
• Evaluation of transport damage and introduction of measures.
• Consultation, implementation, and evaluation of technical transportation monitoring.
• Responsible for consulting, package validations encompassing package and sterilization configurations, material qualification, and package development.
• Participate in the design of the global packaging development process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.S./M.A.) or Ph.D. in Packaging/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering related.
