Description

SCIENTZ03-II UV crosslinker is a multi-purpose 245nm UV radiation system, which is mainly used for crosslinking nucleic acids on membranes. Using this instrument, the nucleic acid can be immobilized on the hybridization membrane within 30-60 seconds, and the hybridization signal is 5-10 times higher than the traditional baking method. In addition, the instrument can also be used for DNA cleavage in agarose gel, RecA mutation screening, partial restriction endonuclease digestion for pyrimidine dimer generation, UV sterilization to eliminate PCR contamination, etc.
