Rotary Evaporator RE100-CV (CAT#: STEM-BC-2106-ZJF)

The RE100-CV is a laboratory rotary evaporator designed for gentle and efficient removal of solvents from samples under reduced pressure. Rotation of the evaporation flask creates a thin film of liquid on the flask wall, greatly increasing evaporation surface area and efficiency. A PID-controlled water or oil bath provides stable temperature management of the evaporation flask. A high-efficiency double-wall condenser recovers evaporated solvents with high yield, minimizing losses to the vacuum pump. PTFE seals ensure chemical resistance and long-term durability of all vapor-path components. Motorized bath lifting provides smooth, silent height adjustment of the evaporation flask relative to the condenser. A forward and reverse rotation function accommodates samples containing precipitates or solids. An optional vacuum controller can be integrated to automate solvent recovery based on preset pressure targets. The Teflon-coated heating bath is resistant to corrosion, easy to clean, and prevents cross-contamination. This instrument is widely used in natural product extraction, pharmaceutical synthesis, and chemical process development.
