Introduction

Procedure

1. Select 8-9-week-old adult rats, and place the rats in a light-dark environment for adaptive feeding for 1 week.
2. Adapt to the dark for 12 hours.
3. Irradiation with (5000±300) lux intensity light for 3 hours can cause severe retinal damage in rats.
