The Recombinant Human Sigle3/CD33 (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying Siglec-3-mediated cellular interactions and its relevance to cell therapy.
Human Siglec-3, also known as myeloid cell surface antigen CD33 and GP67, is a member of the Siglec family. Siglecs, including Siglec-3, recognize sialic acids, and Siglec-3 is restricted to cells of myelomonocytic lineage. Its interactions with glycans containing sialic acid are crucial for mediating biological functions.

Source: Recombinant Human Siglec-3 / CD33 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Asp18-His259.
Molecular Weight: Approximately 53.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Human Siglec-3 at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-Siglec-3 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 33.9 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
