The Recombinant Human Necti4 (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying the role of Nectin-4 in cellular processes.
Nectin-4 is a 66 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the Nectin family of Ig superfamily proteins. The extracellular domain of human Nectin-4 shares sequence homology with mouse, rat, canine, porcine, and bovine Nectin-4. It is involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, including interactions with Nectin1. Nectin-4 acts as a receptor for measles virus and has been implicated in human development, as mutation correlates with ectodermal dysplasia-syndactyly syndrome.

Molecular Weight: Approximately 61.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 72-74 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Activity: SPR Data: Human Nectin-4, hFc Tag captured on Protein A chip, can bind Human Nectin-1,His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.17 μM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
