The Recombinant Human IL-36RA Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for studying anti-inflammatory effects and immune responses. The IL-1 family consists of 11 structurally related ligands, including the recently renamed IL-36RA (IL-1F5), IL-36α (IL-1F6), IL-36β (IL-1F8), and IL-36γ (IL-1F9). Interaction between IL-36 ligands and the IL-1Rrp2 receptor (IL-1R6) induces the maturation and activation of dendritic cells. IL-36RA, by binding to the IL-1Rrp2 receptor, antagonizes the NF-RrpB signaling induced by IL-36α, β, or γ, thereby preventing the initiation of functional signaling. The lyophilized formulation can be stored at 4°C for up to 24 months. Once reconstituted, the liquid can be stored at -20°C for 6-12 months, and it is important to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
