The Recombinant Human GPC3 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for cancer biology and immunotherapy. Glypican-3 (GPC3), also known as intestinal protein OCI-5, GTR2-2, and MXR7, belongs to the Glypican family. Glypican-3/GPC-3 is highly expressed in the lungs, liver, and kidneys. It inhibits the dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) enzymatic activity. Glypican-3 may play a role in inhibiting/regulating the growth of mesodermal tissues and organs. It might also be involved in regulating the interaction between IGF2 and its receptor, thereby modulating their functions. The lyophilized form can be stored at 4℃ for 24 months, and the reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20℃ for 6-12 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
