The Recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 Protein, His tag manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying CD30-mediated immune responses.
CD30 is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family that regulates proliferation/apoptosis and antibody responses. It is expressed by activated T cells and B cells. CD30 is considered a specific diagnostic biomarker for anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). It is also a biomarker for antibody-drug conjugate targeted therapy.

Source: Human CD30 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal.
It contains Phe 19 - Lys 379
Molecular Weight: The protein has a predicted MW of 39 kDa. And it migrates as 40-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: <1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. The concentration of protein solution used for lyophilization is generally 1mg/mL. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile water to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 μg/mL.
