Peltier thermal cycling

Simultaneous multiwell fluorescence detection

Multiple optical-channel configurations

Cat Number: STEM-AL2-1065-ZJF

Application: for real-time quantitative PCR

Model: Q2000

Description

The Q2000 is a real-time quantitative PCR system for amplification and fluorescence-based reaction monitoring. It uses Peltier temperature-control technology to support rapid thermal cycling. The optical configuration supports simultaneous detection across the reaction plate rather than sequential well reading. Multiple fluorescence-channel configurations are available for different assay designs. The system is configured around a standard multiwell reaction format for parallel sample analysis. An integrated color display allows users to view amplification progress and operate PCR protocols directly from the instrument. The platform is intended for quantitative nucleic-acid workflows requiring synchronized thermal cycling and fluorescence acquisition. Its combined thermal and optical architecture supports routine real-time PCR analysis without relying solely on an external display.
