PYREX^® Motor-Driven Glass Pestle Tissue Grinder manufactured by Corning is designed for preparation of small samples for pathological and biochemical studies. Grinder features a friction clutch to prevent damage of pestle caused by pieces of connective tissue or muscle. The clearance between the ground tube and pestle is approximately 0.15 mm. The parts are ground to a medium grind to insure adequate abrasive qualities, yet deliver a fine homogenous sample.
